Below are a few frequently asked questions that I hope will help make you experience here better! If you have any other questions, always feel free to reach out to me.

How do we place a deposit?

This has changed! I now send out invoices, either through PayPal or Venmo (Paypal has a 3% transaction fee and Venmo has a 1.9% transaction fee). If you are a Missouri resident we are required to collect sales tax (4.255% - this goes directly to the government). Deposits are $600 + these fees.

Is my deposit refundable?

We do not refund deposits. This is how we support our furbabies and give them the vet care, vitamins, quality food, etc that they deserve. You may move to an upcoming litter if not enough puppies are born in the most up-coming litter or if you are not ready to bring a puppy home when your litter is born.

How much is shipping?

This depends on where you are from. Shipping prices at this time may range from $250 to $450 and go directly to our quality shipping companies (Ozark Jet a Pet and Airbound Pets).

How do we choose our puppy?

Right before 6 weeks, I will send out an email going over all the details of choosing your puppy. Depending on your place on the reservation list, you will be given a time slot on the allotted day to either visit in person or chose via email/phone. Feel free to ask as many questions regarding personality, needs, etc that you have before choosing your puppy! If you are not available during your time slot, we ask that you send us a list of your preferred pups before the choosing day and we can move forward based on which ones were chosen before you.

How long is the process if I reserve before a litter is born?

This is a great question, especially since most of our pups are reserved months before they are born. The process has three steps: the heat, the birth, and the going home. Heats are approximately 5-8 months apart, depending on the dog and if they are coming off a break or a litter (5 months between breaks, can be 8 months between litters). Please keep in mind if your mama is due for a break you will have to wait double to time for 2 heats to take place. Once your mama has gone into heat and has a successful mating, she will be pregnant for 9 weeks. Once babies are born, we keep them here for 8 weeks of growing big and strong!

I can't pick up my puppy at exactly 8 weeks. Can you hold him/her longer?

We will gladly hold your puppy at no additional cost for up to 12 weeks. After this time we can continue to care for your baby for a pre-arranged boarding fee. Payment for your puppy is due in full at 8 weeks even if not being picked up.

How big will my puppy get?

This will vary based on the moms. Most of our pups should be between 70-100lbs depending on gender (males are much larger than females). We have had males (especially from Moon) that are larger than 110lbs.
